Fall Fest

Family Fall Fest has ALL things Fall
Presented by the City of Grandview Heights
Thursday, November 2
Wyman Woods Park (1520 Goodale Blvd)
4:00-7:00 pm

PARKING

Parking is limited as construction has began for the new Fire/EMS, Police, and Administration Services Building across the street. We encourage community members to walk or park at Grandview Parks and Recreation (limited parking), Pathways Financial Credit Union, or Buck Park 1280 Goodale Blvd.

Hayride

The hayride line starts in the parking lot and you stroll around the park enjoying the scenery on bales of hay. The tractor is driven by Parks and Recreation staff and sponsored by Renewal by Anderson. The line cuts off at 6:50 pm to ensure everyone in line gets to take a ride.

PLINKO Pumpkin Roll

Starting at the top of the sledding hill, roll your pumpkin down the hill and see where it lands. But that's not all! Your pumpkin may not roll straight as there will be stakes as obstacles making your pumpkin plinko down the hill. Once your pumpkin stops, Pathways Financial Credit Union will give you a prize while supplies last.

Fenced in Dog Park

Sponsored by Ria and Becky and the CB Full Circle Team, with Coldwell Banker, your dog can play with other furry friends in a fenced in section of the park.

Zombie Hike

Enter if you dare! Hike through the woods at Wyman and count how many decorations are hanging around! How many ghosts can you find?
Leaf Pile to jump in

Yard Games

If you dare, play our yard games. Tic Tac Toe, corn hole, giant connect 4, sucker tree, ladder toss, pumpkin bowling and more! Our yard games this year are sponsored by Eye Co.

Food and Drinks and Warmth

Taesty's Food Truck as a dinner option!

Sweet Treats include cotton candy to purchase from Cotton Candy Co.

Coffee and Warm Drinks are sponsored by Contrast Church with Phos Coffee Cart located inside the shelter house during the event.

Warm up with heaters in the parking lot along with a fire inside the shelter house.

Scarecrow Contest

New this year, we allowed local organizations, businesses and City Departments to enter in to our scarecrow contest. Scarecrows will be on display in the parking lot at Wyman Woods Park for you to cast your vote electronically or in person inside the shelter house.

Not attending Fall Fest but still want your vote?! Vote online between 4:00- 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 2 with this link https://forms.gle/4ToXwrfU3b1SDhxs8 (link only works for the times listed above.) Winning scarecrow will be announced at 6:15 pm on social media and at the event.

Leaf Pile

Remember the good ol' days where we raked up a huge pile of leaves and played in them all afternoon. It's back and bigger than homemade. Enjoy this leaf pile with leaves from all over the City.

Sensory Friendly Tent

The tent can be used to create a safe and soothing environment for children with sensory processing disorders or for individuals who simply need a quiet space to unwind. This space is sponsored by Contrast Church.

Bring the Farm to You

Children will comb wool, grind grain, roll dough, use washboards, play with rolling hoops, stilts, and wooden toys, and experience the work and joy of a childhood from the past

Vendors and Sponsors

Community organizations and businesses will line the park with activities for you to do when you stop by each table. Be sure to check out inside the shelter house too for crafts and goodies from the Parks and Recreation department.

Inflatables

Frankenstein Bounce AND a Quarterback Blitz Inflatable will be open from 4:00-7:00 pm free for the community to enjoy. Do you have what it takes to throw the football to hit the target?
