What if I lose my pool pass card?
Replacement passes are available at the Parks and Recreation Department office for $5.00. No one will be admitted to the pool without a pass.
Will chairs be available?
A limited number of deck chairs will be available, placed in pre-determined social distanced locations on both the deck surface and green space. Pool furniture will not be allowed to be moved. Additional furniture can be requested at the pool front desk on a limited basis. Patrons are strongly encouraged to bring individual seating. Individual pool toys are allowed but must be maintained within families.
Will concessions be open?
Concessions will be open on yet to be determined modified hours. A limited menu will be available at a later date. Patrons are encouraged to plan ahead and bring their own snacks and refreshments when possible.
Will the water fountain be open?
Water fountains will be installed, but only the bottle filler will be operational. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
Can I use the diving boards, slides, and lap lanes?
Diving boards and slides will be open and can be used in accordance with posted signs. Two lanes will be reserved for lap swimming, with 4 swimmers per lane.
Can I use the restroom and shower facilities?
In accordance with State and Local health guidelines, restrooms may be limited to meet social distancing guidelines. Showers in the restrooms will be available. The outdoor shower will be first come, first served with only one person permitted to use it at a time. A limited number of lockers will be available for single reservation use.
When can I pick up my pool pass?

Friday, May 21- 2:30-3:30 pm Stevenson Elementary School
Monday, May 24- 3:00-7:00 pm Grandview Center Outside drive through
Tuesday, May 25- 3:00-7:00 pm Grandview Center Outside drive through
Wednesday, May 26- 3:00-7:00 pm Grandview Center Outside drive through
Beginning Saturday, May 29 pool passes can be picked up at the pool on your first visit.
Do I have to pay for my children under 3?
Children under the age of 3 are free and do not need to have a membership or pool pass to enter the pool.
What if I can't remember my login username or password to purchase a membership?
Please do not create a new account. If you forgot your password or username, Parks and Recreation staff will happily reset them for you. If you have purchased a pool pass before or participated in any parks and recreation program, you will have a login you can use.
