which will include traditional deck system components and swing set as well as a rope climber and climbing boulders, will be delivered this week.
Work on the shelter house continues; the siding and cultured stone installation is nearing completion, and work to install the heavy timber shelter roof on the east end of the building began this week. The steel roof over the remainder of the shelter is nearing completion. Inside, electric and plumbing work is underway. The wood and glass sliding “barn style” doors are currently being manufactured.
Most of the new pathways have been excavated, although the recent rain has slowed that part of the project. Work to improve the park lighting will begin in the next week or so.
