[ARCHIVED] October 24th is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

October 24th is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. This coming Saturday, you can drop off unused or expired prescription medications from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at a collection site for proper disposal. 
Nearby collection sites include:
- Upper Arlington Municipal Services Center parking lot (located at 3600 Tremont Road)
- Columbus Public Health (located at 240 Parsons Avenue)
All sites accept dry prescription pills. If you have other items such as liquid medicines, inhalers, needles, creams or patches, please call first to verify they will be accepted.
Additionally, Deterra disposal bags are available at no cost in the vestibule of the Municipal Building, located at 1016 Grandview Avenue. They can be picked up at your convenience 7 days a week.
