Christmas Tree Collection Begins January 4

Christmas Tree Collection

Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff residents may have their cut Christmas trees picked up and recycled by placing them along the curb from January 4 until February 19, 2021.  To facilitate recycling of trees, please observe the following rules:

·  Remove all lights, decorations, and tree stands.

·  Once the tree is out of the house, please remove any tree bag or plastic and dispose. Plastic bags are not recyclable with the trees.

·  Do not remove limbs or cut tree in half.

·  Do not include other items with the Christmas trees, such as wreaths and pine roping, which contain wire or metal frames. These items cannot be recycled.

·  Do not place trees in alleys.

·  For Summit Chase residents, trees will be picked up on Mondays when left at building trash receptacles.

Depending upon the number of trees placed out for collection, all streets will have trees picked up at least once per week.
